David believes that the American people deserve to have complete confidence in the authenticity of their elections and that our existing state and federal election laws must be followed and rigorously enforced.

 

David believes we must have a completely open and transparent voting and counting process and supports same-day voting, hand counting of ballots, a rigorous and transparent signature verification process, and the implementation of nationwide voter ID laws.
